"To understand God's thoughts we must study statistics, for these are the measure of His purpose."
— Florence Nightingale
The Wise son:
As you all know, we are the four sons from the Passover Haggadah. After many years of being very deep into Judaism, we recently understood that statistics is a more interesting and refreshing field, and we decided to make a career shift. So, Passover is a difficult time for us, because everybody keeps asking us why we left the Haggadah and all of that.
The Simple son:
When someone asks me how come I am now working at IntegriStat and have left the Haggadah, my answer is simple - “I never really liked it there” and if there is a follow up question, I just say “cause it is never simple in the Haggadah” and they simply leave me alone.
The Wicked son:
If someone has the courage to ask me why I work in statistics, I answer them “What does this drudgery mean to you anyway?” and it will usually terminate the conversation. If not, I just throw Matzah balls on them.
He who couldn’t ask:
No one ever asked me that, you know? They all just look at me with their sad eyes and say, “you’ll be okay, don’t worry”. So, I’m not worried any more.
